Accessing or using our Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms, along with any referenced guidelines, agreements, or policies. If at any point you disagree with these terms or changes made to them, please discontinue use immediately and contact our support team to discuss alternatives.
We offer a range of ecommerce support programs on our platform. Each service comes with specific terms outlined in a relevant agreement provided at the time of purchase. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms applicable to that specific program.
We provide custom Shopify store setup and associated marketing support as defined in the accompanying scope of work ("Scope Document"). Deliverables and specifications are listed in the Scope Document and timelines are discussed therein.
Key milestones and final delivery dates are documented in a dedicated timeline agreement. All changes must be approved in writing.
Clients agree to the pricing and schedule outlined in the Payment Schedule Document. Late fees may apply if payments are not received on time.
Full ownership rights of the final store and its content are transferred to the client upon full payment. Until then, all assets remain the property of Tricentric LLC. Third-party tools or plugins may carry separate ownership terms.
Clients must provide necessary access, feedback, and content in a timely manner. Delays on the client's part may alter the project schedule.
Both parties agree to keep all exchanged business and technical information confidential unless otherwise required by law.
We ensure store functionality as defined in the Scope Document for 30 days post-completion. For extended management plans, support continues for the term of the agreement.
Tricentric LLC's total liability is limited to the amount paid under this agreement. Indirect or consequential damages are not covered.
Either party may terminate with written notice. Terms regarding refund, work completed, and liabilities are described in the Termination Agreement.
Disputes will first be handled through mediation. If unresolved, arbitration will follow. These processes are governed by U.S. law.
This document and all referenced attachments constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications.
We may use third-party software, plugins, or services in the execution of your project. These components are subject to separate licensing terms. Clients are responsible for complying with those external policies.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Valid requests will be reviewed individually and may result in partial or full refunds based on the service stage and delivery status.
Unjustified chargebacks without prior communication may lead to service suspension and legal action. We reserve the right to verify client identities and respond to suspected fraudulent activity appropriately.
The terms above also apply to our eBay store creation and management services, with specifications adapted for the eBay platform. Custom design, product management, fulfillment, and reporting form part of the standard deliverables.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. By proceeding with our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
